Aggie Excellence Gala Awards Nomination Form

The Texas A&M Hispanic Network - DFW chapter is proud to offer (2) prestigious awards to be presented at the Aggie Excellence Gala: Noche de Oro on Friday, December 1, 2023.

• Excellent Estrella Award
• Entrepreneurial Excellence Award

The nomination window is open from October 1st through November 1st, with the deadline to submit nominations being 5:00 PM CST on Wednesday, November 1st. The TAMHN-DFW Leadership Council and TAMHN Board will review the nominations and select the winners. The award recipients will be announced and presented with the award at the DFW Aggie Excellence Gala. Winners should be available to attend the event in Dallas.

Excellent Estrella Award

An honor bestowed upon a current or former student of Texas A&M University who through their time, talent, and/or treasure, exhibits excellence and is a rising star.

To be an eligible nominee, the person must be: 

1. A former or current student of Texas A&M University
2. 35 years of age or younger
   
3. local to or from the DFW metroplex 

For the nomination to be considered complete, the following documents must be uploaded:

1. Nominee's Resume
2. Nominee's Headshot
3. Letter of Recommendation - The letter should be no more than 1 page, single space 12 font.  The letter should include:
   1. An explanation of your relationship to the nominee
   2.  An answer to the prompt: Describe how the nominee, who through their time, talent, or treasure, exhibits excellence as a rising star and provides support or service to the Aggie community.

Nomination Deadline is Wednesday, November 1st at 5:00 PM CST.
